Do you build websites using other platforms?
Yes, we can also build websites using shopify or using a custom framework. Fill in our contact form with as much detail as possible so we can give you a custom quote
What are your payment terms?
As we book several months in advance we request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The remaining 50% is due once you have approved the final design proof and before the files are handed over or your website goes live
Can you help with my website copy as well as design?
Absolutely! We have a website copy addon you can add to any of our website packages
What currency are your prices in?
We charge in USD. Even though we are based in New Zealand we have a lot of international clients so we use a common currency
I want something not covered in any of your packages?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (transferwise is great for international clients) credit card and paypal
Do you work with international clients
Yes! Most of our clients are international and with tech these days it makes it super easy to jump on a skype call or communicate through email
Do I need to have my copy and images ready before work begins?
Yes, to ensure we are able to deliver work to a high quality and by deadline we require everything upfront
